These terms cover your use of lattzsmedia.com and our free sample videos. Paid work is covered by the client service agreement we send you before any work starts. If anything here differs from your signed agreement, the agreement wins.

Prices and offers

• Prices on this website are in Trinidad and Tobago dollars (TT$) and may change. The price we quote you in writing is the one that applies to your order.
• The founding-client offer is limited to the number of places shown on the site. A place counts as taken when the first deposit (or first plan payment) is paid, not when you send the form.
• Sending the order form is a request, not a contract. Nothing is booked until you have the agreement and invoice and the deposit is paid.

Free samples

• One free sample per agent or host. It is a Standard video made from one live listing and carries a small LattzsMedia tag.
• We aim to have it ready within 48 hours of receiving the listing.
• You're welcome to post the sample, as long as the LattzsMedia tag stays on it. The clean version, without the tag, comes with a paid order.
• There is no obligation to buy anything.

Your photos and listing details

• Only send photos, logos and details you have the right to use, and that are accurate.
• We show the property as it is in your photos and listing. We do not add features a property does not have.
• You stay the owner of your photos. You give us permission to use them to make your video, and nothing more. We never post your video, or a sample made from your listing, without your written permission.

AI and demonstration content

• The drone-style openings and camera movement in our videos are created with AI from still photos. We do not fly drones or visit properties.
• The demo homes, agencies and contact details shown in the samples on this website are fictional, made for demonstration.

Our content

The text, design, logo and sample videos on this website belong to LattzsMedia. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking.

Limits

We work hard to keep this website accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or online. We are not responsible for how videos perform once posted, such as views, enquiries or sales.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.
